Home is a 2009 documentary by Yann Arthus-Bertrand. The film is entirely composed of aerial shots of various places around Earth. It shows the diversity of life on Earth and how humanity is threatening the ecological balance of the planet. The movie was released simultaneously on June 5th in cinemas all over the world, on DVD and on YouTube.
Review : I just finished watching this piece of marvel which will change our approach towards life and mankind forever. The movie shows how humans have damaged earth in the last 50 years and what pace the earth is getting destroyed. It will be really disturbing to even realize those facts that been presented in this fantastic video which exposes the truth.
Quote from the film on using Solar energy instead of oil
All we have to do is stop drilling the earth and start looking into the sun!
It is hightime we start looking at the global picture than worry about our sick lives. Time to change the world!

Hmm new template for the blog....
I do miss the pic you had in the header.
Usually read your blog on Google Reader itself, but every now and then, did open it up in the browser to see that header. :)
Time to change the world - most definitely. I wouldn't want to start with the environment though. I would suggest FIRST getting ridd of all the people already here and giving the world a completely fresh start.
With good people around, I am sure the environment problem will be addressed appropriately. ALONG WITH A LOT OF OTHER PROBLEMS.
I doubt this batch of human species is worthy of another chance, but the WORLD definitely does deserve another chance. let's hope a better batch takes over.
Quote from someone:
This world could be another planet's hell.
:) Hey Raj,
This template is just the same, but I was playing with the colors to make it look like the colors of Indian team, I know the orange sucks! I do miss the old header. I'll bring it back sometime, working on PS a bit. Glad you liked it pal, that little girl was cute :D
Do people deserve another chance? They do. Some lack knowledge and don't seem to foresee the repercussions of their actions. If they are educated and if they realize their actions, things would get better.
Looking at how selfish the humans are these days, I don't see them surviving for another 100 years. They will soon find hell on earth. Earth will survive and we'll become manure for some trees to grow on us. Everything that has a beginning will have an end :)
Do watch this great movie Raj. Also, I'll recommend you watching "planet earth". It is stunning!
Good day buddy!
